The cavity in the BENKEI can be used for such as plumbing electrical wires or for embedding electrical outlets. Tools can also be used to cut and drill holes for ducts.

In the case of a wall, the area of BENKEI is about 4.8 times larger than normal bricks, and one BENKEI can be installed as fast as five bricks.

BENKEI STRUCTURE houses are built with reference to Japan structure. Currently, Karuizawa homes are designed by Myanmar team studying architectural design at Japanese company.
In the near future, Karuizawa Homes will be designed and completed by Myanmar staff and Myanmar Engineer.
