After conducting a ground survey in Myanmar, we propose a "Mat Foundation Inverted Beam Method". The entire floor of the building becomes the foundation to resist soft ground.

You can choose between two types of BENKEI structures.
You can choose between standard metal roof and reinforced concrete slab with a penthouse and roof terrace. Both are BENKEI STRUCTURE construction method.
Inverted beam solid base
BENKEI Structure is a building structure made of concrete block walls and RC beams with vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars. The rooms look spacious because there are no columns.

The ground in Myanmar has many clay layers, and foundations are unstable due to the effects of rain and other factors. To solve this problem, we adopted the "inverted beam solid foundation method.

This is a type of BENKEI Structure construction that uses a wooden at second floor and a metal roof with insulation for the roof as a way to reduce construction costs. The strength of the building is not reduced.
This foundation is fine.
The wooden floors will have a strong framework and the roof will be insulated, so rain noise will not be an issue.
